After a month of above-normal temperatures and 90-degree weather, June 2024 is officially the second hottest June on record for the Denver area, according to the National Weather Service. On average, Denver temperatures in June hover around 68 degrees, according to NWS records. This year, June’s average temperature was 73.8 degrees, 1.2 degrees below the all-time record of 75 degrees, set in 2012, NWS forecasters said.
