Aurora police detained 14 people early Tuesday morning following a reported home invasion that involved a stabbing and kidnapping at the soon-to-close Edge of Lowry apartments, authorities said. Officers responded to an armed home invasion at the apartment building in the 1200 block of Dallas Street just before 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Aurora Police Department. A 42-year-old man died Monday after falling from Boulder’s Second Flatiron, sheriff’s officials said. A cold front moving into Colorado has brought with it a new wave of mountain snow, according to National Weather Service forecasters.
