Dead Whale Washes Ashore In Rye, New Hampshire

RYE, N.H. (AP) — A dead humpback whale has washed ashore at Rye Harbor State Park. Rye Police Chief Kevin Walsh told the Portsmouth Herald (http://bit.ly/28VLjXl) that fishermen reported seeing the dead whale several days ago, as did staff on area whale watch boats. It washed ashore Monday morning.
