Spectre, Daniel Craig's fourth (and perhaps final) film as James Bond, dominated the box office last weekend, earning at least $131 million in the U.S. and another $414 million worldwide in its first few days of wide release. Part of the success of his James Bond — Skyfall is, to date, the highest-grossing Bond film yet — is due to Craig, but the writers and directors have also shifted with the times and audience tastes.
