The long-running classic fighting game Fatal Fury first surfaced way back in 1991 but we haven’t had a new installment for some 26 years since Garou: Mark of the Wolves came out just before the turn of the Millennium. Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves may have been a long time coming, but it appears that it may already have picked up some more modern gaming traits such as adding popular figures from real life into the make-believe universe of Tery Bogard and company. With a move straight outta Fortnite it seems as though Fatal Fury may be getting fighting legend, er, Cristiano Ronaldo added to its roster, if an oblique post on X from CR7 himself is anything to go by. Famous footballers are not new to video games outside of their lanes.
