Inventor claims to have solution for combating toxic algae

The state of Florida has a problem with toxic algae. Robert "Bud" Duthie says he has the solution. Duthie has created a system using UVA and UVB rays that can purify water by removing organics and inorganics. Duthie said his technology can cleanse up to 50 gallons of water per minute.
