Bay State Breakers advance to Nationals

The Bay State Breakers championed the National Bound State Tournament over Thanksgiving weekend, hosted by Massachusetts Hockey, Marlboro. The team, comprised of players from the South Shore, play in the New England Girls Hockey League. The Breakers beat the East Coast Wizards on Saturday, 4-3. The Breakers moved on to face the Charles River Blazers on Sunday, and won 4-3.

Q: Hi, Greg and thanks for your interesting car articles. I am a model car lover, and remember all the great model companies from the 1950s through today. I was wondering if you know of the heritage of these companies, including Jo-Han, AMT, Monogram and the others. I used to build these cars when I was a youngster, and still enjoy the hobby today although my eyesight is not as good as I'm now 76 years old. I know you like models, too, as I read your column on them a while back.
