Braintree man recognized for donating tissue

Braintree native Chris Duffy was recognized at Braintree Town Hall on Thursday, Dec. 5 for donating tissue after he died of a brain aneurysm in 2000. His portrait will be in the Rose Bowl parade in California on New Year’s Day.

 

Braintree Town Council seeks new chambers

The town council, which now meets on one side of the Horace T. Cahill Auditorium, established a special committee Tuesday to look for a new site for the council chambers.
