PLDP Pet of the Week: Honey and Molasses

Meet 3-month old Honey and Molasses. These two pups were found wandering the streets in Camden County, N.J., when animal control scooped them up. They are both spayed, UTD on shots and microchipped. They love to play with the other four adult dogs and the 12 year old human brother. Molasses is extra special, she was born with a nubby foot, instead of a paw.

Our Yorkie, Rudy, is as sturdy in his great sense of self as he is in his compact, little body. He knows who he is, and what he likes. One of the things he would like most of all, though, is to have a new home to share with folks who would be okay with his sure-footed confidence. Rudy likes to take care of his things and appreciates it when his people are supportive of his need to safeguard his stuff.

 

Broomall woman plays tennis to help with ovarian cancer

It was March, 2015. when Broomall's Elaine Boswell was diagnosed with ovarian cancer."It was devastating," said Boswell, who had no symptoms when she went for a routine gynecologic appointment. "I was in a state of shock, and couldn't believe it."Even though she had no noticeable symptoms, her doctor, noticing some slight swelling, ordered several tests-then called with the news of the diagnosis.

Pat Meehan, R-7 of Chadds Ford, was the prop of choice on Tuesday outside the representative's Springfield office as members of Delco PA Indivisible asked whether the Republican-led tax reform bill would be treats for the richest Americans and tricks for everyone else.
