UI's $48 million Siebel Center for Design beginning to take shape

Crews are setting the foundation for the new building on Fourth Street, just south of Huff Hall, and structural steel is being delivered later this month.

2 men charged after being found with loaded guns in car in Champaign

Alcohol allowed in downtown Champaign during first Friday Night Live of season

The changes announced Tuesday apply at this point only to the hours of 5 to 9 p.m. during next week's season-kickoff event. The district's boundaries cover most of downtown, and will be marked with signs.
