Kansas to get $31 million to help develop key element of health care reform law

WASHINGTON | Kansas will receive a $31 million federal grant to help develop one of the key elements of the health care reform law. The money will be used to design and implement the information technology to run the health insurance exchanges scheduled to begin in 2014.
