Former "Spider-Man" candidate Josh Hutcherson has signed on to star in and executive produce the indie teen horror-comedy "Detention" for Variety. The story centers on teens who must survive their final year of high school. Standing in their way is a slasher-movie killer who has seemingly come to life. Dane Cook also stars. Kahn and Mark Palermo penned the script.
