Blue Jays right-hander Jesse Litsch makes his second start since returning from ligament replacement surgery today at 10:07 a.m., when Toronto hosts the San Francisco Giants in the second portion of a three-game series at Rogers Centre. A 25-year-old from Florida, Litsch was a 13-game winner with the Blue Jays as recently as 2008 before an injury limited him to just two starts last season. He was activated from the 60-day disabled list and returned for a June 13 start at Colorado, replacing lefty Billy Tallet in the Toronto rotation. Litsch lasted just 2 1/3 innings in his return and was raked for nine hits and seven runs with a walk and two strikeouts.
