'Get Fit Indy!' to launch today

Health and recreation leaders will join Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard today in announcing a citywide "initiative aimed at combating childhood obesity while encouraging healthy lifestyles for kids and families," according to a media advisory from city hall.
