FORT WORTH -- A New Mexico man has been sentenced to seven years in prison in the shooting deaths of two men at a Keller house in 2006.As part of an agreement, James Padilla, 26, pleaded guilty to murder last week in a Fort Worth courtroom. He had been indicted on a charge of capital murder, according to Tarrant County criminal court records.We were prepared to go to trial, said Wes Ball of Arlington, Padillas attorney.
