Colorado weather: New Year’s Day brings another round of mountain snow, complicating travel

Colorado’s mountains are forecast to welcome New Year’s Day with a round of snow. Light snow is expected to begin falling Wednesday afternoon and evening, becoming heavier overnight and into Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service in Boulder.
