An employee seen using an unsanitized spatula and a bottle of spray bleach stored on top of unwashed potatoes were among the violations that led the state to temporarily close two South Florida restaurants last week — one each in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The South Florida Sun Sentinel typically highlights restaurant inspections conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Broward and Palm Beach counties.
