Fox and Friends host Ainsley Earhardt was so enthusiastic and effervescent about her love of RFK Junior that I broke up a short video clip into two articles. The first short segment out was about how Ainsley believed the anti-VAX crackpot cures autism and cancer in children. That in itself would put any political pundit in a white straitjacket. Her second point was just as ludicrous when she claimed that people do not gain weight eating pizza and pasta in Europe.

The next ranking member of the House Oversight Committee will reportedly be nine-term Democrat Gerry Connolly of Virginia. Connolly, 74, beat out his competitor, 35-year-old Rep. Dani Izzie, a wheelchair user with quadriplegia, tried to take public transit, as she usually does, when visiting Miami in 2022. Heading to catch a bus, Izzie came to the end of a street without curb cuts—meaning she couldn’t safely cross it to the bus stop. She tried to get an accessible taxi; none were available.
