A huge patch bringing over 650 fixes to Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl has been released by GSC Game World to make venturing into the Zone this weekend a lot more enjoyable. We always knew it was going to take some major patching to get the game ship-shape and this one will likely be the first of a fair few to make strides towards that. AI has come in for a lot of work here, although as yet there are still no fixes for the largely broken A-Life aspect of the game. These will be addressed in future updates according to the devs blog post on Steam just now. If you have been struggling with any of the missions due to bugs as well, it is worth a scan down the page to that section to see if your showstopper has been rectified.
