Two women arrested on suspicion of identity theft, forgery in Mesa County ballot thefts

Two women were arrested on suspicion of identity theft, forgery and attempting to influence a public servant after they stole and fraudulently submitted ballots in Mesa County last month, according to the 21st Judicial District Attorney’s Office.
