Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region celebrates 39 years, more than 1,000 loans originated

The Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region is a nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) serving the Capital Region. Counties served include Albany, Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schenectady, Schoharie, Warren and Washington. Since it’s inception in 1985, the Community Loan Fund of the Capital Region seeks to serve as a beacon of hope for aspiring BIPOC, low-income, and women entrepreneurs across the region.
