Man seriously injured by Brighton police during arrest on suspicion of domestic violence

A 33-year-old man was seriously injured by a Brighton Police Department officer while he was being arrested on suspicion of assault and domestic violence. Bystanders called 911 on Monday morning about a man and a woman arguing at Brighton Japanese American Association Park, 1220 Longs Peak St., city officials said in a news release Tuesday.
