A plan to add nearly 500 more homes in West Boynton received final approval Thursday, meaning another residential community is now set to rise in Palm Beach County. Developer GL Homes’ latest plan will bring 481 homes on a plot of land known as Whitworth South, named after the vegetable-growing Whitworth family.
