A 14-year-old boy was arrested at his high school Friday on charges of shooting an 11-year-old, four days after officers arrested a 12-year-old accused of trying to sell the gun. West Palm Beach Police Violent Crimes detectives arrived at Palm Beach Lakes High School and arrested the 14-year-old just before noon, according to a media release.
