A judge has dismissed a bribery charge against former Broward schools administrator Tony Hunter, concluding a statewide grand jury didn’t have the legal authority to indict him. It’s the second criminal case against a former Broward Schools administrator to be dropped, the other being former Superintendent Robert Runcie, who was charged with perjury.
