Instead, the vice president of Abbott Construction, a West Coast-based company that builds homes, schools and health care facilities, wanted to do something more retro for his passion project. Plans to build at least 300 units of affordable housing on vacant land a short walk or roll away from the 40th and Colorado Boulevard rail station in northeast Denver are back on track after City Council members paused a rezoning application for the project two weeks ago. Following that delay, council members voted 10 to 2 on Monday night to rezone the 14-acre property located at the northeast corner of East 40th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard.

For dead lawn areas due to pet or pest damage, watering issues or fungus, overseeding with a similar and more drought-tolerant grass seed is the least expensive and less strenuous way to bring a positive lawn result.
