You want a little news brief instead, an amuse bouche of information, if you will. Enjoy! WHAT: It’s become a tradition at the Shops at Pembroke Gardens. Taste of the Gardens, the annual Pembroke Pines event where you get to sample the culinary creations of local restaurants, started 15 years ago and keeps going strong. The October event also features live music, artistic showcases and giveaways — and serves as a fundraiser for multiple nonprofit organizations.
