As national Republicans celebrated the election of Donald Trump as president last week, the progressives and Democrats who lead Colorado and shape its policies wondered — and began planning for — what a second Trump administration would mean for the steady-blue Centennial State. In the days since Trump won, Colorado officials have cautioned that a sea of unknowns remain.
