Hurricanes hosting several key recruits for home opener

MIAMI GARDENS — The Hurricanes encouraged fans to pack Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday, and the message went out to recruits, as well. Miami is hosting numerous high-profile recruits, including several members of its 2025 class for the game against Florida A&M. Cornerback Jaboree Antoine and cornerback Chris Ewald Jr. announced their plans to attend the game, and several other commits — including running back Girard Pringle Jr., safety Hylton Stubbs and defensive back Bryce Fitzgerald — are expected to attend, according to 247Sports. Another major target, LSU five-star cornerback commit DJ Pickett (who was in attendance for UM’s win over Florida last week), is expected to attend, according to 247Sports. Other prominent uncommitted prospects were in attendance, too.
