Online furniture retailer Wayfair is planning to open an outlet store in Naperville this fall. It will be located at 324 S. Route 59 in the Westridge Court strip mall, a Wayfair spokesperson confirmed in an email Tuesday. It would be Wayfair’s only outlet in Illinois and fifth outlet in the United States. New York-based Brixmor Property Group confirmed through a spokesperson that Wayfair “just signed” a lease for the location. Wayfair opened its first outlet in Florence, Kentucky, in 2018.
