Actor Alec Baldwin has issued a statement after a New Mexico judge threw out the involuntary manslaughter case against him. The 66-year-old took to Instagram on Saturday after New Mexico Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer dismissed the case on Friday after she ruled prosecutors failed "to disclose critical evidence." Baldwin was facing as much as 18 months in prison in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the New Mexico set of his film Rust in October 2021.
