Scattered afternoon storms on Sunday may become strong to severe and produce large hail and gusty winds, according to the National Weather Service. Scattered storms may form this afternoon and evening over higher terrain in northeast and north central Colorado and across the Interstate 25 corridor. Storms are expected to move south along the I-25 corridor and may produce golf ball-sized hail in portions of central, east central, south central and southeast Colorado.
