Now, Figma has pulled the tool after accusations that its Make Designs generated looks very similar to existing apps—namely Apple’s Weather app.

New York — A Delta flight from Detroit to Amsterdam was diverted to New York’s Kennedy Airport on Wednesday after passengers were served spoiled food, airline officials said. The redeye flight took off from Detroit around 11 p.m. Tuesday and landed in New York at 4 a.m. “after reports that a portion of the Main Cabin in-flight meal service were spoiled,” a Delta spokesperson said in a statement. A spokesperson for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, which runs the airport, said 14 of the plane’s 277 passengers as well as 10 crew members were treated by medical personnel when the flight landed.

The Chicago-based coworking firm gave up ownership of its 115,000-square-foot building at 1630 Welton St. on Monday rather than face foreclosure, a company official confirmed. And Expansive still owns two other area properties whose loans are in default. Public records show the 1630 Welton St. property transferred via a deed in lieu of foreclosure to 1630 Welton SPV LLC, an entity affiliated with Phoenix-based RRA Capital.

A 36-unit, multifamily building in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood has sold for $23 million, according to the Denver office of the real estate firm CBRE. The three-story One19 Cherry Creek apartment building at 119 S. Harrison St. was sold by Ready Capital, a New York-based real estate finance company, to Epp & Sons, Inc., a California-based commercial real estate company.
