Barkov and other famed Panthers’ players, each soaked from a pre-parade thunderstorm, took turns hoisting their first Stanley Cup over their heads as they stood atop a team bus, lording over the similarly drenched fans below, as ill-timed South Florida rain moved in about 30 minutes ahead of the parade’s official 11 a.m.
