Heading to the Florida Panthers’ parade on Sunday? Everything to know about when and how to get there

If you’re planning to attend the Florida Panthers’ championship celebration parade on Sunday, officials have one major tip: Arrive early. The parade officially starts at 11 a.m., but event roads will be closed by 8:30 a.m. The parade will follow a route along State Road A1A starting at Riomar Street and ending by Southeast Fifth Street. Parking is available at several nearby locations, though prices for each spot may vary. — To park and walk to the parade, Fort Lauderdale officials recommend the Galleria Mall, Birch State Park, Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, Las Olas Garage or the Downtown Las Olas Business District. — To park and take a water taxi to the parade, which start as early as 7 a.m.
