Don’t want to breathe toxic air from other states? The Supreme Court says too bad

The EPA’s Good Neighbor Plan would have forced coal plants to curb their interstate pollution. The Supreme Court just put the plan on hold. On Thursday, the Supreme Court put the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)’s Good Neighbor plan on hold. The ruling means millions of Americans will breathe air that’s been polluted by power plants that aren’t even in their own state.
