Denver weather: Heat wave continues with temps near 100 degrees in metro area

Nearly 100-degree temperatures are expected across the metro area Tuesday as heat advisories and air quality alerts continue, according to the National Weather Service. Denver will see sunny, hot weather and a high of 99 degrees Tuesday, according to NWS forecasters.
