The body found Tuesday night by sheriff’s officials in the Arkansas River had on clothing a missing teenager was wearing when he disappeared in the river last week, according to the Otero County coroner. Devlin Cambeul, 19, went missing on the river early June 12 and search and rescue crews have not been able to find his body, sheriff’s officials said Friday.
