A runaway car crashed through the front of a post office in Bailey on Friday evening, forcing retail operations to be temporarily suspended. When driving toward the post office at 24 River Drive, a customer lost control of the brakes and crashed through the front of the building, a U.S. Postal Service spokesperson confirmed Saturday. The post office was closed at the time of the crash and no one was injured, according to a Saturday news release from USPS.
