The indictment notes 161 different acts of racketeering activity by Trump and his associates as part of their alleged violations of Georgia's RICO Act. Of the 161 acts of alleged racketeering activity, 12 are tweets from the @realDonaldTrump Twitter account. On Monday evening, a grand jury in Georgia indicted former President Donald Trump and several of his associates with a litany of felony charges related to his pursuit to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
