‘He needs Narcan!:’ Son of NFL great Ray Lewis found dead at Casselberry home, report says

The son Miami Hurricanes legend and NFL Hall of Famer Ray Lewis was administered Narcan after being found unresponsive in Casselberry earlier this week, according to authorities. On Wednesday, officers responded to a medical emergency call at 5:34 p.m. at a home on South Sunset Drive where a man, later identified as 28-year-old Ray Anthony Lewis III, was found unresponsive by his friends, Casselberry Police Captain Michael Schaefer said in a statement. “One of our officers used his issued NARCAN on Lewis, but there was no change to his condition,” the statement read. The Seminole County Fire Department transported Lewis to the Advent Health Hospital in Altamonte Springs, where Lewis III was declared dead. According to police reports, Lewis III did not appear to be breathing when first responders arrived.
