That means two of the team’s top players won’t be reporting for the start of Brian Daboll’s second offseason program: Lawrence and running back Saquon Barkley, who hasn’t signed his franchise tag tender. Lawrence, a former first-round pick, made second-team All-Pro in his fourth NFL season last fall.
