The Italian restaurant space Bethel Union is for lease, according to a filing posted on commercial real estate website LoopNet. Created by the team behind popular pizzeria J. Dolan’s, Bethel Union opened in late 2016 in the 3,746-square-foot space previously occupied by Brasserie du Vin. It’s located near J. Dolan’s — both are across from Hawaii Theatre in Chinatown.
