Grand jury clears North Providence officer in non-fatal shooting

A North Providence police officer has been cleared in the non-fatal shooting of a 32-year-old man, Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha announced Tuesday morning.The statewide grand jury investigated the shooting and determined that Patrolman Mathieu Florio's actions were legally justified, according to Neronha.
