TIVERTON — A 55-year-old Middletown man was identified by police as a suspect in a break-in and theft reported at the Boat House restaurant on Feb. 28.Tiverton police, with the help of the Portsmouth and Middletown police departments, obtained a warrant to search the residence of Lino Loyola.
