All the buildings, starting with a filling station at the corner (2400 N Robinson Ave.) to a two-story mix of apartments and storefronts (2418 N Robinson Ave.) were built in 1925 as Uptown was emerging as the northernmost commercial corridor of a growing city. Ian Dean-Duty, an adviser with Adept Commercial Real Estate, brokered two of the three sales and is representing another seller of a commercial building at 129 NW 23.Read more on NewsOK.com
