Fire vehicle stolen from Tracy, found in Manteca

TRACY — A command vehicle belonging to a south county fire department was stolen from the scene of a medical emergency early Monday, tracked and found in Manteca and the suspected thief arrested a few hours later, according to a statement issued by the city of Tracy.The command vehicle, a 2017 red Chevrolet Tahoe belonging to the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority, was driven to the medical call at the Green Oaks Mobile Home Park at 2929 MacArthur Drive.
