Vince Vaughn, Liam Hemsworth & Clark Duke to topline Arkansas film Deadline brings word that Vince Vaughn (Delivery Man), Liam Hemsworth (The Expendables) and Clark Duke (I’m Dying Up Here) will be starring in Arkansas, the directorial debut for Duke who also wrote the screenplay. Arkansas is a mafia movie that follows a pair of low-level drug runners in the Dixie Mafia, Kyle (Hemsworth) and Swin (Duke), who live by the orders of an Arkansas-based drug kingpin named Frog (Vaughn) whom they’ve never met.
