Publisher Ray Gover, who got his start in newspapers across Michigan, dies at 90

He became editor of The Saginaw News in 1970, serving in that position until becoming editor of The Flint Journal in 1976. Two years later, he became publisher of The Saginaw News. He was named its editor and publisher in 1980.
