Colorado Department of Transportation snowplows traveling up Floyd Hill on I-70 ahead of the car chase began to slow down and block the highway’s lanes, trapping the suspect, the Idaho Springs Police Department said in a Friday statement on Facebook. “We’re at a roadblock with three plows, they’ve got I-70 shut down,” one officer can be heard saying in a video posted by the police department.
